About this notice
This notice covers visits to the LastLedge website at lastledge.com. Fonts and images are served by us. Choosing a language changes the URL and does not set a language cookie.
Website delivery and security
Our website and email are hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Website requests process your IP address, requested resource, access time, browser and operating system, referrer, response status and data volume. This provides the website and helps detect faults and abuse. Our legitimate interest is a secure, reliable service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.

When you contact us
If you email us, we process your address, any name you provide, message and technical email data to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f)). We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed to handle the matter, unless statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further storage.
Messages submitted through the contact form are sent to contact@kalemodo.com by email. The website does not store form contents in its database.
Your privacy preferences
We store your explicit acceptance or rejection, the notice version, the time saved and expiry in your browser’s local storage under lastledge.consent for 180 days. Visits do not extend this period. This storage is necessary to respect your choice (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). It contains no advertising identifier. You can change your choice in Cookie settings. Expired or invalid choices never enable analytics.
Optional Google Analytics 4
Only with your consent do we load Google Analytics 4 to measure public page views and the usual session activity, including first visits and engagement. It processes pseudonymous cookie identifiers, page and language, access times, browser/device information and approximate location. The IP address is used for network communication. We omit URL query strings, fragments and referrer values from the measurement. We do not send player identities or contact details and do not enable advertising personalisation or Google signals. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG.
The first-party cookies ll_ga and ll_ga_* last up to 60 days without renewal on visits. GA4 user and event data are retained for two months without resetting retention on new activity; this limit does not apply to aggregated standard reports. Analytics is excluded from admin and sign-in routes. Refusing it does not restrict the website.

Providers and international transfers
Hetzner provides hosting on our behalf. Google provides analytics and may also process data through Google LLC in the United States and other subprocessors. Google relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for covered US transfers and standard contractual clauses where applicable. Details of the safeguards and processing terms are available at the links below.
Your rights and withdrawal
Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address above. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time in Cookie settings: further measurement stops and our analytics cookies are removed. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing and does not itself delete data already received by Google.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, including the authority in your place of residence or work. The authority responsible for our location is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when our processing changes. New optional purposes require a new choice before activation. The date above identifies this version.
